InteX Green Initiative 2023: A Step Towards a Greener Tomorrow

InteX Research Lab, alongside its innovative research activities, has once again demonstrated its commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability. On December 16, 2023, to commemorate National Victory Day, the lab successfully conducted an impactful event titled "InteX Green Initiative 2023," under the inspiring motto "Trees for tomorrow." This initiative not only highlights the lab’s dedication to addressing climate change but also underscores its role in fostering community-driven engagement.

The primary objectives of the InteX Green Initiative 2023 were to raise awareness about environmental issues, enhance the greenery of the Leading University premises, and encourage similar campaigns to tackle the escalating challenges of climate change. The event was a resounding success, with over 100 trees planted across the university campus, contributing to a healthier and more sustainable environment for future generations.

The event was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Leading University, Danobir Dr. Syed Ragib Ali. The inauguration was graced by the esteemed presence and active participation of the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qazi Azizul Mowla, Hon'ble Treasurer Sree Banamali Bhowmick, respected Deans, Registrar, faculty members from various departments, and administrative officers. Their involvement and enthusiasm set a powerful example and significantly contributed to the event’s success.

Leading the initiative was the Principal Investigator of InteX Research Lab, Md. Saidur Rahman Kohinoor, whose guidance and leadership were instrumental in orchestrating this large-scale event. Special thanks are due to our dedicated volunteers: Mahbubur Rahman, Nabil, Ruhan, Istiaque, Tajwar, Nabajyoti, Abu Hanif, Tasnim, and Irin, whose hard work and commitment ensured the smooth execution and success of the event.
