Diabetes Risk Assessment and Management System Using Machine Learning and Web Technology

Our research project is focused on creating a comprehensive system that leverages the synergy of machine learning and web technology. The primary goal is to assess an individual's susceptibility to diabetes even before undergoing medical tests, while also extending crucial support to those already diagnosed with the condition. Additionally, this integrated platform will facilitate healthcare practitioners in remotely monitoring the health status of patients via a shared web interface. This novel system offers a multitude of advantages, including fostering a sense of community support for patients, facilitating doctor-patient interactions, enabling health tracking through diverse metrics such as diagnostic test results and medication management, and preemptively educating individuals about potential diabetic complications.
