Predicting Heartstroke from ECG Index and Suggesting Prevention and Treatment Support

Heatstroke is a heat-related health issue that’s rising day by day. The death rate is also getting high all over the world including Bangladesh. What if there is a mobile app or website that can predict the risk of heatstroke and suggest restrictions to prevent it? The goal of our project is to build this system. Now there already exists a heatstroke prediction device known as WBGT device that calculates the WBGT(Wet Bulb Globe Temperature). WBGT is the index to determine if there is a risk of heatstroke or not. But as this device is very expensive, most people can’t afford it. Our system will replace the WBGT device and its calculation and predict WBGT using 3 meteorological data. Air temperature, Relative humidity, and Wind Speed. The system uses a regression algorithm to predict it and also suggest risk levels of heatstroke. Initially, the system is based on Bangladesh as we are training our ML model on data based on Bangladesh. But hopefully, this work will contribute internationally in the future.
